In Berlin's old buildings, no wall is straight. Rooms have niches, angles, and windows in awkward places. And usually the bed needs to do more than just sleep: storage, desk, space for clothes. An off-the-shelf bed doesn't solve that, and beyond 140×200 there's nothing available anyway.
And then it usually gets expensive and slow. A joinery plans, manufactures in the workshop, and delivers in months, if they have slots at all.
We do it differently: We measure your space, clarify what you need, and show you a 3D design upfront. Loft beds are not a special order for us, squeezed in between kitchens and staircases. They are what we build every day. And we build functionally rather than ornately, from solid spruce. That's why it's faster and costs less.
